LED租賃屏安裝說明

1，檢查單個屏體的單元箱體數(shù)量，日子架、連接片，線材，螺絲數(shù)量和尺寸是否符合屏體要求（本屏為P2.604屏，500*500*65mm箱體5*5個拼接），用1+1.5米日子架4套，連接片32個，連接片螺絲128個，箱體之間電源線75cm25條，網(wǎng)線75cm25條，3條主電源線，2條主網(wǎng)線，每條主電源線帶8-10個箱體，每條主網(wǎng)線帶8-10個箱體。

2，屏體拼裝，裝屏之前先將每個箱體點亮測試沒問題在往上裝，先將第一排5個箱體左右用鎖扣鎖緊，然后后排每隔一個箱體固定一個1.5米日子架，裝好與要使用的地方，第一排調(diào)水平，后面用連接片和螺絲將箱體于日子架固定，然后裝第二排箱體，每隔箱體左右鎖緊，與下排箱體也用鎖扣鎖緊，一次類推裝好3排，然后將1米日子架于1.5米日子架連接好，在裝上面兩排箱體。

3，屏體接線，箱體之間電源線連接按線材和箱體標(biāo)注符號插線，網(wǎng)線也類同，整屏每兩橫排用1條主電源線和1條主網(wǎng)線，最上面一排用一條主電源線和主網(wǎng)線。

4，通電調(diào)試，通電之前先檢查屏體線路是否接錯，確認(rèn)完無誤然后通電，連接電腦，在電腦上做好屏體程序，然后發(fā)送到屏體上面。

5，屏體使用，具體內(nèi)容操作發(fā)布請參展軟件使用說明。

3. Wiring of the screen body, the power cord connection between the box body shall be inserted according to the wire and the symbol of the box body, and the network cable shall be similar. One main power cord and one main network cable shall be used in every two horizontal rows of the whole screen, and one main power cord and main network cable shall be used in the top row.

4. Power-on debugging: check whether the circuit of the screen body is connected wrong before power-on, confirm it is correct, then power on, connect the computer, make the screen body program on the computer, and then send it to the screen body.
